Reaching Out

Reaching out for help is courageous. No matter what anyone says, it’s not a sign of weakness, it’s a show of strength. That’s why the best of the best in the world in any field you can think of have coaches and advisers helping them improve. Top athletes, actors, financial wizards and public personalities nearly without exception, use regular outside help. Why shouldn’t you?

Of course performance coaching is different than getting help to overcome personal issues … or is it? The aim of both is to enhance and improve functioning, so it doesn’t matter if you’re working to overcome depression or improve your serve; they’re both based on mental performance. Perhaps perfecting your topspin has a more physical side to it, right? Maybe not. But whatever the case, the truth is clear; if you want to be at your best, outside help is the way to go.

The Right Fit

Of course not just any outside help will do: You need to find the right person, (or people), for you. It may take trying several options to find the right fit, so don’t be shy about saying ‘no’ and moving on. You deserve the best.

You’ve taken the first big step, which is doing the research before reaching out. If it sounds like working with me might be an option, check out the case examples in the blogs and schedule a free consultation. If not, keep searching until you find that right fit. You’ll be glad you did.
